One of the primary responsibilities with this position is to be able to effectively execute the vision of a given research project. Must be able to deliver as promised, so that project milestones are attained. When needed, this individual will also have the experience to respond and implement contingencies as needed, in order to keep the research engagement on target.

The Research Manager at ThinkGen will oversee multiple research projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality insights that address client needs. You will develop proposals, manage project budgets, and contribute to report writing.

This role will need to possess both extensive therapeutic and methodological research experience in order to create customized, action-oriented business solutions. This individual should have exemplary project management skills as they will be spearheading various research engagements. As a Strategic Business Unit Leader, this individual will be driving business growth, managing client relationships, and leading a talented team to new heights of professional development and market success.
