Position Summary

As the Senior Vice President and Head of one of our Strategic Business Units, you will spearhead our efforts to deliver exceptional custom research engagements to our clients in the pharmaceutical industry. You will be instrumental in driving business growth, managing client relationships, and leading a talented team to new heights of professional development and market success.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and top-tier service.
• Drive sales and business development by identifying new opportunities and cultivating enduring relationships with clients.
• Provide strategic guidance and insights to influence client decisions and business strategies.
• Oversee the financial performance of the business unit, including profit and loss responsibility, to ensure alignment with company-wide financial goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering an environment that supports growth, innovation, and effective delegation.
• Design and implement business strategies to meet or exceed organizational targets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in market research consulting, specifically serving pharmaceutical clients.
• Extensive experience on the vendor side, with a mastery of qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop a substantial book of business through effective client relationship management.

• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and inspiring teams to achieve excellence.
• Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to craft customized solutions that surpass client expectations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the therapeutic areas pertinent to our clients.
