Position Summary

The Research Manager at ThinkGen will oversee multiple research projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality insights that address client needs. You will develop proposals, manage project budgets, and contribute to report writing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Conduct qualitative interviews and focus groups and/or manage and execute quantitative research projects
• Analyze data and produce insightful, client-ready reports and presentations.
• Align internal and external resources to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of vendor side experience conducting custom market research for pharmaceutical company clients.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to moderate qualitative interviews or execute quantitative survey research
• Proficiency in data analysis and synthesis to produce client-ready reports.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
