Position Summary

As a Research Director at ThinkGen, you will manage research engagements to meet our clients' business needs. You will design and implement research plans, manage project resources, and ensure the delivery of client-ready reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement qualitative and/or quantitative research studies across the product lifecycle.
• Interact with clients throughout the project individually or as part of a team
• Manage project timelines, resources, and milestones to ensure objectives are met.
• Conduct qualitative interviews and focus groups and/or design and execute quantitative research projects
• Analyze data and produce insightful, client-ready reports and presentations.
• Align internal and external resources to achieve project goals.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of vendor side experience conducting custom market research for pharmaceutical company clients.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to moderate qualitative interviews or execute quantitative survey research
• Proficiency in data analysis and synthesis to produce client-ready reports.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
