
Rachel is a qualitative research specialist known for building natural connections with patients and clinicians as well as her ability to get beneath the surface to extract unconscious emotional drivers and higher-order needs. She excels at untangling complex, nuanced human narratives into clear, actionable insights. Rachel is a Burke-Institute trained moderator and brings empathy, agility, and a solid foundation in behavioral science to every qualitative initiative.
Drawing on extensive experience designing and executing qualitative and quantitative marketing research, Rachel partners with pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device clients to help drive strategy for their organizations. She has broad expertise across the product life cycle and particularly enjoys projects that require creativity and customization.
Prior to joining ThinkGen, Rachel founded and led a qualitative marketing research consultancy and held client-facing roles with Burke, Inc., Kantar Health, and Ipsos Healthcare. Rachel is a Registered Nurse and earned a BSN from the University of Cincinnati, an MSN from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at the College of William and Mary.
