I was on-site yesterday with one of our pharma clients—a large, fast-moving commercial organization. It was one of their in-office days, and the energy was tangible. People jetting briskly between meetings, catching up with colleagues in the hallways, grabbing five minutes between calls to sync. Laptops open, coffee in hand. Everyone was in motion.

Before we ever wrote a line of code, we were watching what was happening on the ground. How insights leads were trying to cut through noisy days and deliver crisp perspectives.
